Refund Policy

At Cass-Cade, LLC, I’m committed to providing high-quality, personalized training services. Because training programs require time, preparation, and scheduled availability, the following refund policy applies:

1. Private Sessions – Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be non-refundable or subject to a rescheduling fee, at the trainer’s discretion.

  • If a client fails to attend a scheduled session ("no-show"), the session will be forfeited and not eligible for a refund.

 

2. Prepaid Packages

  • No full or partial refunds will be issued once a training package has begun.

  • Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be rescheduled within the agreed-upon timeframe, but they must be used within 90 days of the initial session.

  • In the case of illness or emergency (human or dog), exceptions may be made at the trainer’s discretion.

3. Digital & Virtual Services

  • All virtual or Zoom training sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Cancellations/rescheduling for virtual sessions follow the same 24-hour policy as in-person services.

4. No Guarantees of Outcome

Dog training is a collaborative process between trainer, client, and dog. As noted in the Training Disclaimer, results are not guaranteed due to the many variables involved, including client follow-through. For this reason, refunds are not issued based on perceived lack of progress.

5. Trainer Cancellations

If the trainer must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled promptly at no additional charge. In the rare event that a refund is warranted due to trainer cancellation or inability to continue services, it will be issued at the trainer's discretion.
